1-I would like legalization of "civil gay marriage" with the law stating that any religious organization shall be exempt from being required to perform the ceremonies. This is a right every human being should have, but we also should not infringe on a church saying they have to do the ceremonies to get tax exempt status.

The biggest change I'd like to see would be a shift from cruelty to consensus. Top priorities for policy would, of course, include education, economy, iraq and environment. Geesh - he's got his hands full.
